I am looking for documentation that shows what an HR Admin can do in ServiceNow versus a system admin. I want to make sure there a clear sense of what a HR Admin in ServiceNow can do. In my current company i dont believe all stakeholders in HR and IT are a clear understanding of what can be performed by an HR Admin and what needs the assistance of the system admin. We have not gone live yet but feel like IT is currently trying to push HR out of the picture because there is not a clear understanding what HR Admins can do in ServiceNow.
