Why doesn't this site offer a quick reference quide for new users for core ServiceNow processes

I have looked all over this site in hopes of finding a quick reference quide on:

Service Requests

Incident Management Requests

Problem Management

Change Management 

Asset Management

 

When this tool is rolled out for new accounts a majority of employees are new to the tool and we need a way to get them up and running within a week.

Hi @bluera ,

 

What you refer to isn't ServiceNow specific, but more ITIL specific. I would recommend some basic understanding before jumping to the tool.
