Agent Workspace for HR Case Management: Tooltip Issue

Hello Everyone.

 

I'm having issues in the Agent Workspace after upgrading to Xanadu. The tooltip on the side panel is not displaying after hovering my mouse. I just wanted to check with everyone if they've also encountered the same issue? Below is a screenshot of a sample tooltip in my PDI (the "Attachment" tooltip):

@Jan Raphael CaaThis issue has been resolved in latest version of sn-hr-casecard

Please update the plugin "sn-hr-casecard" to version 1.3.1, clear the cache, logout and login again to test .

Hi Jan,

 

We are not using Agent workspace anymore, Agent workspace is out of support since Tokyo. 

I would suggest you check the same on SOW, and if the issue is present on SOW also then Raise a HI Case.

so it's a Configurable workspace for HR which you are using.

If it was coming earlier then it's a bug since you recently upgraded.

Try to check for some other records as well.
