Why Employee form (Collect employee input) not update the fields from the assignee?

Hi All,
Actually Whenever case created , Task has been generated and Choose HR task type as " Collect Employee input " and created one employee form as well, On the employee form created few questions and mapped with few fields on the case form as well,
So when task created its assigned to user and when user open the task on the portal and he enter the values into those fields and submit
Then task gets closed but those values are not updated on the mapped fields which are in the case form?
Please help me on this

The values should at least be showing on the HR Task under the related lists area [Collect Employee Input] tab. Are they showing there at least. If so, then we can focus on the mapping to the case. If they are not, we need to start there to figure out what is going wrong.

Please check below points for the configuration.
Have you mapped in "asmt_metric.do" table? If you open Employee Form field mapping record, click on Question reference field, its redirect to "asmt_metric.do" as per screenshot. what are types of fields in Employee Form field mapping to case field?
Please follow & check the configuration.
