Work note field is mandatory while creating HR case through HR agent workspace.

Hello Community!

When we select COE while creating an HR case, the work note fields become read-only when we are creating the HR case from the HR agent workspace.

But when we create case from platform it is not read-only.

I have checked all the ACL's and UI policies but there are no any ACL's and UI policies.

Please see below screenshot:

I want that field editable on the workspace while creating case .

Can please anyone help me to make work note editable?

This is not a OOTB Behavior , see below:

Please double check with your Other dev team members what they have changed.
