I've heard a roomer that Workforce Optimization for HR is being deprecated, is that correct?

In release notes it says it's available in Australia release but deprecated in future version in July 2027

Thanks. I'm not sure why ServiceNow are doing this, how are we supposed to effectively manage our teams of live agents?!?
