Worknotes getting added as 'Created undefined' in hr task and hr case

Hi,

we have a activity with shows record producer,we are using record producer to update details instead of inserting.

Once record producer is submitted , worknotes is getting added as created undefined on hr task and hr case

How can we avoid updating these kind of worknotes

Hi,

I think you need to check how the worknotes are being added and there check if you are trying to add any dyanmic variable (which is not getting any value). Hence you see undefined, instead fo the actual value.

You can configure HR Case filter activity for worknotes field. (see attached)

@susmitha17 Were you able to find a solution or at least the cause to the "Created undefined" work not being entered? We are experiencing the same issue in our HR Case Management and HR Task when trying to update an HR Task via a record producer.
