MVPs & Rising Stars
Most Valued Professionals (MVPs) and Rising Stars are experienced experts, enthusiasts, and leaders who thrive on helping others grow and learn more about ServiceNow. For the first time at Knowledge we held dedicated Expert meetups and sessions. This was an exclusive opportunity open to the public to learn how you personally can grow your reputation as a ServiceNow expert to become a Rising Star or Most Valued Professional (MVP). Attendees participated in breakout discussions where they spoke directly with people who have a passion for helping others find excitement in the challenges. Many attendees left the sessions feeling motivated to apply to be a Rising Star or MVP. Several opportunities open up when you recognize someone to be a member of the these expert programs.

Inaugural MVP Awards & Dinner
As our top 1% contributors to the global ServiceNow Community, every year we honor our MVPs with a special gift package and complimentary passes to the Knowledge conference. Considering that this was the first single, global, in-person user conference since 2019, we chose to go above and beyond to celebrate the amazing efforts of our MVPs.
They had an amazing opportunity to connect with their peers (some for the first time), take selfies, and celebrate one another for all their hard work within the year. This was definitely one of the top highlights for our Community Team.

Belonging Groups
This year our ServiceNow Community leadership team really thought through the meaning of community so we designed the Community Meetup Pavilion, a space to allow Knowledge attendees to easily network and connect with their peers.
Another way that our incredible MVPs were involved at Knowledge was helping host a variety of events, including the first Belonging Community Meetups, which had 250+ people join together to connect, learn more, and ideate on the future of inclusivity. From these engaging discussions, we will launch the following three groups within our online Community in June including: Black ServiceNow Community, WomenNow Community, and LGBTQIA+ Community.

Worldwide Partner Awards
Knowledge is the best time to celebrate our partners’ unique contributions to the ServiceNow ecosystem. We also recognize our partners as a big part of our ServiceNow Community, including many of our dedicated Experts. The following partners were recognized with the 2023 Worldwide Partner Award for their stellar commitment to ServiceNow over the past year. Congratulations to all the winners!
