A version of the ODBC driver that works on Windows 2012 is available. This release provides fixes for a handful of PRBs and comes recommended for all versions of the ServiceNow platform. Our release notes experts have published a shortlist of those nagging issues that are now fully resolved (see below).

To download ODBC driver version 1.0.9, go to the ODBC Driver Installer article in the Knowledge Base. Don't forget to uninstall your existing ODBC driver before installing a new version - you want to be sure that you have only one version of the driver on your computer at a time.

Fixed PRBs:

NumberDetails
PRB626725When using the Microsoft Excel Query Wizard, expanding columns may cause the following error:

Cannot create Schema. The table haas not been found in the DB schema [tableName=null]. The table might not exist in the database or the table ACL's prevent user access to it.......... check ACLs [1050]

PRB625194The ODBC Driver does not run on Windows Server 2012
PRB623553The ODBC driver does not return any results when the WHERE clause contains CURDATE().
PRB613740When using iSQL, wrapping the SQL COUNT() function with a CAST() function triples the result.

As always, don't hesitate to send us your feedback here, in the Knowledge Base, or in Product Documentation.
