Activities not capturing state changes after moving to QA

Hi experts,

I have configured activity formatter in dev and moved to QA.

It is working fine in dev but on QA activities is not capturing most of the filed changes.

 

Please guide me how to fix this

HI  @rajasekar reddy 

Fileds can be filtered ..so let's check  the filter first .. 

And in the end of the "filter activity" , there is a link named "Configure available fields"  . 

You can customs the fields by the link.

Hi, I have tried this thing, but still in Qa environment fields changes and worknotes are not getting captured

@rajasekar reddy Can you please if the state field is enabled for auditing in QA or not. Please compare the dictionary entry of state field in DEV and QA.

From your second pic, it shows "Activities: 1  (Filtered)"  on the left side .
