I have a user who is unable to add a group to a tag from the incident list view. Does any one know why they would be unable to do this?
I had her edit that tag to open it to groups and she isn't able to.

Hi Sanjiv,
I think I figured it out.
1. The dialogue box wouldn't come up because pop-up windows were blocked in the browser settings and....
2. People were trying to edit a tag that was not owned by them and associate a tag that was already associated.
Thanks for your reponse,
Maria

I am not sure why it is opening Most Recent, when you clicked Test tag. Can she navigate to below and try to add group.

Interesting. I just tried with a user who is the tag owner, and I am able add Groups.
This error occurs if any of the below is changed. Is she changing any of the below?
