Agent Workspace inbox card clickable link configuration

Hi All,

Can we have a clickable link here of the incident in place of just the number so the agents have a clarity on what basis they are accepting or rejecting in the inbox card of Agent workspace?

Refer the screenshot below:

Here, I want to add a link to the incident in place of just the number so agents get a preview of the incident before they accept or reject.
