We need 2 buttons in IT Assist for P1, P2, P3 MBI/NBI Incident Tickets, only visible to command centre.
a) Button name " Create Bridge"
On clicking this bridge it should create a MS Teams meeting and
1) Update the Incident Notes with the meeting URL.
2) Add the Meeting details in a particular sharepoint page. New rows to be added for each incident with a Title to say which incident it is for. Example: Major Incident Bridge - <CI> - (INCxxxxxxx) | Bridge URL.
3) Add an entry in the calendar in Command Centre mailbox with the URL in it which command centre should be able to forward to required participants.
b) Button name "Close Bridge"
There needs to be another button called "Close Bridge" once the button is clicked it will remove the entry for the bridge specific to this incident from the sharepoint page.
