Hi all,
we have a custom duration field in our incident management.
What will be the best option for implementing the following?
1. Agent A works 30 minutes on the incident. Enters 30 minutes in the duration field.
2. Agent B workd 15 minutes on the incident. Enters 15 minutes in the duration field.
How to produce a report on that field that should have 2 rows showing the duration information for each of the agents?
