Hi all,

Two questions:

 

- "Service Improvement Plan" is a document manually created and improvement plans are mapped to service offerings. 

The inputs are from customer feedback, from Risk identifications, Report Analytics, and at times improvements are needed.

It is possible to rely on Continuous Improvement Module for Service Improvement Plan or there is a separate module for Service Improvement? 

Based on my understanding, CIM goal is not used to "plan" improvements, what you can do is creating phases and define the time frame.

What do you think?

 

- It is possible to link an improvement to Service Requests? I did not find the related link in my PDI and also in the documentation I did not find any reference.
