Costum widget to show question on surveys

Hi guys, i need a costum widget to display the questions on a particular survey. I cloned my surveys widget but i dont know how i can change the widget to display only the questions, in the portal. Thanks.

Hi Saurav11!

I need to display the question in the portal like this, no clicks, just the question though a widget. This question are in my  survey widget , i would like them to be dynamic. I am trying by cloning the my survey widget but with no sucess 😞
