Create a report to get the count of incident states (not using PA)

Hi,

I am trying to get the count of the incident states for the last 30 days in a simple excel row format (not the bar, pie, or list group by). Pivot will be a perfect option if it allows to choose only rows and select none for columns, but that's not possible.

Could someone help me to create this count of the incident states

I am trying to configure a report with a simple pivot same as excel with just two columns and I don't see any possibilities. Other reports like bar, pie etc., can be other solutions but I am looking for a simple pivot. Seems like its not doable in ServiceNow.

Hi @BVD ,

Ok, the only possibility you have for a pivot table, that is if you select both row and column for your pivot... So to only show columns is not a possibility - see below as an example:
