Due dates in Incident tickets

Is there a way to add due date to incident tickets placed on HOLD ? This will allow us to run reports based on due dates and prevent further aging tickets placed on HOLD.

Hello @Xi8732 ,
Yes there is way to add due date on on-hold of incident.
There is "due-date" field in incident list view if you can check in available list.
You need to write the script when incident state changes to on-hold , update the due date value as per user case.
also check if incident state change from on-hold to other state as well.
