Duplicate incidents are created in different priorities for same device in the same time

Incidents are created from the Alert management rule, We are getting duplicate incidents in different priorities for the same device at the same time.

It could be that I am missing something, but these conditions aren't unique. They differ in some points, but if I check the top one, it does nothing with nodes, so if that one is true, the others can still be triggered as well, if the description starts with what is given.
The second one excludes nodes and the 3rd one includes nodes.

So an alert on a ping resource with description starting with 'Request times....' from PRTG with type sensor and metric name pingsensor/resource ping, not on the nodes for P3 and on a node for P2, will trigger all three of these rules.
