Hello everyone,

I am new with Servicenow and doing my best to assimilate what I am learning. However, I have been stuck with this issue below.

Please how can I make a filter that will run the list of Open incidents?

From the best of my knowledge, The state "Open" is not among the different states we have on Servicenow Platform.

Kindly find below the instructions:

Hello,

This is no more a concern to me as I was able to figure out the answers.

The right path was to apply the filter with "assigned to" and not "State"

Hello,
You can create a filter by clicking on "P_B_1-1697008973617.png" icon with whatever condition you wish to apply and save it on the incident form. Later, just navigate to 'Filters' and you will see you saved filters there and use it.

1.Select "Incident" from left panel
2.Select "All" under "Incident"
3.Click on "Filter"
4.Select the "Assigned to" "is" "Platform User"
Select the "Assignment group" "is" "Service Desk"
