Flow designer not working on service catalog items

Hi Team

i have a created a catalog item, once RITM number is generated , some back team will work on RITM... 

however i have i have created the flow but it was not triggered to approval , will you pls suggest on these ..

Hi @shaikkhasim ,

 

Please check if there are any members in your group and assign the role "approver_user" to the group and try again.

Hi , 

i have given the roles of ITIL AND ADMIN ROLES, To the group and all the members added in that group also
