Get the list of users subscribers to same service offering

Hi All,

I have stucked in a requiremnt where, 

There is a reference field on a form (requested for).(refrence on sys_user table ) 

so, the requested for field should only show the list of users who are subscribed to a service offering Kalmar field service tool (Klick):

how can i achieve this

How are you identifying if the user subscribe to that service or not ? is there any field on service table ?

there is a column named as active subscriber  in the service_subscribe_sys_user table.
