How to add view in service operations workspace

Hi Team,

Please help me how to add view in service operations workspace

Hi @Vinya Jakkula 

 

We can’t add a view in SOW because the SOW itself is a view, which is different from the native view. What you’ve shown in the screenshot refers to related lists. Are you looking to add a new related list?

  • Open any incident in the native view.

  • Switch the view to the Service Operation Workspace (SOW).

  • Right-click on the context menu, select "Configure," then choose "Related Lists."

  • Add the necessary related lists and save the changes.

  • Clear the cache.

  • Go to the Service Operation Workspace (SOW) and verify the changes.
