How to copy Incident number to the first reported by field in problem record

Could any one please help me on how Incident Number is copied to "First reported by" field in Problem record it has to be applied for manual Problem creation created from inside an Incident.

There is a UI Action on the incident table called Create Problem.  Part of this UI Action calls a script includes IncidentUtilsSNC.  Within IncidentUtilsSNC there is a function that helps drive the population of the First Reported By field.
