How to Enable partial visibility of HR tickets to 'itil' users via global search and list views

I want the 'itil' users to have partial visibility of HR Incidents when searching for them via global search and via list view,

The partial visibility would mean being able to see:
- Incident number
- Short description
- Assignment group

 

Note: We have created a "HR Incident" custamization field on the incident form, and based on that, we have created ACLs for visibility, so now for Itil/Creatd users, they should only see those three fields without effect the normal incidents.
