How to pause SLA in mandatory holidays

I want to pause SLA in mandatory holidays, is there in ways to pause at particular.

you have to create a schedule which meets your requirements and use in the SLA definitions. See https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-it-service-management/page/product/service-level-manage...
