We're having issues to run ATF's on MI's as well, I'll keep looking for a solution, it's failing when it's supposed to access the workbench by clicking on the "View workbench" button.

My colleague has accomplished this by creating two separate tests and using "Retrieve Components" to be able to set values on said components.
The first test creates a normal incident, raises priority and writes on the mandatory fields, the second test, finds the incident and interacts with the MI Workbench as per below:

Any insight to testing the actual major incident workbench. i.e. selecting / navigating between the Communicate or Collaborate tabs and performing actions within those views?
