I want to override dictionary value for particular record producer

Hi All

I want to modify the Business service field for particular record producer.

This record producer has the dictionary reference qualifier set as Status as operational showing 652 services.

Now i need to set for a particular record producer showing only two services in the Business service field for that incident in itil console based on the assignment group or other .

Do i need to override dictionary for a particular record producer?

Use after BR on the RITM and use condition as item is your catalog item
And change the value of the field.

@Harsh_Deep  Thats a Record Producer  And there is a Dictionary configuration.

It is not for the Service portal and for the itil view. The dictionary over ride on the incident table is affecting this
