In the new SOW we cannot open multiple tickets at once from the Incident Board

In the old version of SOW, service desk staff where able to open multiple tabs for each incident where you right click on the ticket and open in the new tab or middle mouse click.

This option appears to not be available in the new SOW. It opens the ticket in a new tab instance, but instead of remaining on you visually staying on the board it takes you to the new tab instance. You then have to click back to the board and open the next ticket in a new tab instance. This is cumbersome and time consuming. We used to be able to quickly go between jobs in the old method. The new SOW has made this complex and ease of use has been diminished.

Is there a way where we can open multiple tickets at once similar to what we could do in the previous version of SOW?
