In the Incident Form, we have a contextual search (Related Search Result) which is showing the list of Knowledge Article in the same language as Current Logged In User.
We wanted to modify it and show the list of knowledge Article in the language same as the Caller’s language of Incident.
Example –
Caller's Language : French
Current User Language : English
Currently, in the Contextual Search, the list of Knowledge Article is in English Language Only. We wanted to Modify the result which shows the list Knowledge Article in French Language as caller language is French.
