Hi Folks,
For some reason, incident tasks will not display on the related lists for incidents, even when added to the related list.
Properly added on the related lists:
Yet does not display on the related lists:
Any ideas why this is not displaying? Thanks in advance!

After updated to Tokyo Release, Incident Task related list will be hidden from Incident form if there is no Incident task record.
Please go through the below link, there they have given a workaround.

Hello @Jon Collins2
Please perform the below steps to resolve this:
- Navigate to System UI > List Control and add a filter where Table = <Table where related list should appear>
- Locate the related list that is not displaying and open the record
- Verify that the 'Omit if empty' field is not checked
- Mark as New
- Bookmark
- Subscribe
- Mute
- Subscribe to RSS Feed

@Jon Collins2 You have to navigate to incident_task.incident related list and check if omit if empty is checked.
