I have a requirement, I created in the custom table for the dummy data uploaded in the system, we have incident created time and resolved time , need to calculate the worked time, for that I created the time worked field, how to achieve this?

It's starting to make even less sense. Why do you want to calculate something on dummy data?

What is the requirement? And is there any reason you are replying to my questions without answering them?

Hello @Mark Manders

The client is testing my capabilities of my work that is the reason he gave the dummy data, and he wants to use the performance analytics of knowing the avg time of each incident to resolve

And it even makes less sense now.

First of all: the answer to your client should be that you have no idea. Any other answer is lying to your client and that will come out.

Secondly: you have created a custom time worked field to do what? They want you to use PA, so use PA. That custom field has nothing to do with your requirement.

Next to that: there is no such thing as the average of each incident. It's either the average resolution time of incident records, or the resolution time of each incident.

Last: why do you post a question on the community without all the information? Because using PA to calculate the average resolution time of incidents is something completely different than auto filling a custom field.

@Mark Manders

Leave it that part bro

I need time worked on each incident, i have opened and resolved time of each incident

how to populate that time worked, it is not actual data.

Please tell me the solution

It doesn't matter if the data is real or not. What matters is that you are lying to you client and you are not clear in your requirement. You need to use performance analytics which has nothing to do with a time worked field.

I completely understand why you are being tested.
