1. What is the difference between getXML , getXMLwait, and getXMLanswer?
2. What is decision tables and decision trees in ServiceNow, and where will they be used?
3. What is a path parameter and a query parameter?
4. What is the order of the execution order of ACL (read , write , create , delete)?
5. What is a global business rule, and how do you create one?
6. The two fields coalesce (like employee ID and mail ID) in the transform map. How will the data execute in the ServiceNow table?
