Hello all,
I'm having an issue on the major incident workbench. We have comm plans that attach a series of comm tasks to a major incident: Initial, Update (Recurring), Final and Initial/Final. If the Initial communication hasn't been sent yet upon closure of the Major Incident, the user can use the Initial/Final communication to act as both.
I have set up a business rule to automatically mark remaining comm tasks as 'Skipped' upon submission of either the Final or Initial/Final communication. It's working perfectly, except the 'Due-in' timer still runs on some the closed tasks, as seen below. My understanding is that this shouldn't be happening on inactive tasks, anyone know what might be going on and how to fix?

Both tasks from the above photos are inactive. I can't figure out how the timers for this work/where they are stored.
Thanks!

Hi @Jason S1
I tried in my PDI and it is working as expected.
Try to update/ repair the Plugins an then try. Else raise a HI support ticket.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
