Can you please share how MTTR is calculated in Process Optimization

Hi @fatima ali,

 

MTTR (Mean Time To Resolution) is simply the sum of resolution duration for incidents resolved within a given period / count of incidents.

Please check is any OOTB report to calculate MTTR and this module is using or what my thoughts, it is something doing in background and showing here.
