Right click on Assigned to field >> Click Configure Dictionary >> In dependent field tab, add your assignment group field name.
If Dependent Field tab is not visible, then from related links, click on advanced view.
In Reference Specification tab, add Reference as User table & User reference Qualifier as Simple. You can provide additional condition if required.
