Hello
When I try to set schedules for change, I get the following error:
Nevertheless, I can submit change request. But, that does not evade me from user questions...
Is there something I can do on this? Or should I raise a case somewhere else rather than the community?
Thanks in advance.

Hey @Walter Ferroli,
There is an OOB UI Script - "StartEndDateValidation" that does the date validation and it looks like it may be missing. This script is invoked from the "Planned Start Date onChange validation" Client script on the Change Request table.
First, make sure you can find this script and that it has not been modified.
If you haven't made any changes, it's an unexpected behaviour and I recommend raising a Support case.
Thanks

Hello James
I have checked both scripts, they exist and are active. The update date for them is 2020 and before, when we didn´t even have the tool installed... So, I will raise a case. Could you let me know where to start? Maybe Hi-support

Hi @Walter Ferroli,
I think the UI has slightly changed but you can still refer to this short clip to raise a Support Case.

Great! I opened a case. As it is not a P1, it may take a while to be answered... But well, I reported it.
