Hi everyone,
I am working in a telecom operationnal center and I would like to use a real-time list that will inform us of new incidents that have been created recently. We just started to use the SNOW platform. Thanks

Hi @AlainMethot ,
You can achieve the real time updates on reports by following the below steps.
1. create a report with appropriate filters as required.
2. Add the report to a dashboard.
3. Go to the respective dashboard and click on the gear icon.(refer screenshot)
3.a. Click on the Add Widget.
3.b. Hover over the report you want have the real time updates and click on the Edit Widget option.
4. Check "Show real time updates" and Done.
5. Notice the clock icon available once the real time option is enabled.
Thanks,
Harsha.
