related list not displayed in tabbed form

HI,

Suddenly I see that related list in Incident and change form is displayed in detail instead of tabbed form. This is not happening for all views though. 

How to check what caused the changes. How to revert this such a way tabbed form is displayed for all views.

Navigate to User Preference  and find the preference called 'tabbed.forms'  Where the USer field is blank (if the row doesnt exist then create one)

And save the value as true 

Save

Once you do this you are setting the default preference for all users, unless they change it this is what will apply to them
