Hi Team,
I want a report in incident table, where we can see all activities in column value for closed incident for audit purpose.
Please suggest how to do it.

Hi @Jagat

I doubt we can build a report on activity changes.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
Even I have checked few and tried building one by referring sys_audit field but unable to get 1000+ inc records in a column value.
There is a requirement from client like this to get all logs incident wise in column to check.
an we say no directly or any way to achieve this.. Please help if any luck.. would be a great help..

No mate, really tough bcz every record has number of change and not a feasible way to consolidate.

Did you try Group by on incident, but I am sure it will come in separate row only.
