Report on customer Satisfaction survey with Smileys

Hi Team,

 

I have a requirement to create a report on responses under Customer satisfaction survey with Smiley.

 

It is triggered once incident ticket is closed.

Just want to fetch report with responses and with incident number.

You should use the asmt_metric_result table for your report (screen below on how it looks).

You can use the ACTUAL VALUE field

An answer with the yellow face is actual_value=2 for example.

Can we get the Display values of Responses like "Satisfied"/"Dissatisfied" and also can we get Incident numbers as well in same report.

Of course. The trick is to dotwalk the instance.task.

String value gives you the "Satisfied/Dissatisfied".
