Reports and Dashboard with record ACL

We have a requirement to create a dashboard for our user wherein he wants to see all the incident tickets filed or opened by his team.
Currently we have implemented an ACL that prevents anyone from seeing incident record unless you were the one who filed the incident or you are a member of the Assignment Group where the incident was assigned.
We created a dashboard that contains reports of all of the incidents filed by different callers from the same department. When the managers of the department were accessing the dashboard, the report shows zero records (since they were not the one who filed the incidents). Any tips on how to fulfill the requirements? Thanks a lot!

Hi @Carlo1
You need to give the Read roles to them using ACLs. If you don't want to give them role, you can schedule the reports so that they can have this insight from the scheduled reports received on their emails.
