See without typing any letter its is showing searching. I want to search only after entering 3 letter.

you must have clicked there and hence it shows searching

I clicked in that caller field and then only it started showing Searching, it's OOTB platform behavior for reference fields in workspace

Your requirement is not possible as you cannot tell system to start searching only after entering 3 characters.
