See without typing any letter its is showing searching. I want to search only after entering 3 letter.

It's platform behavior for workspace and reference field

you must have clicked in that field and hence it shows searching

I clicked in that caller field and then only it started showing Searching,

Your requirement is not possible as you cannot tell system to start searching only after entering 3 characters.
