How can we add the text for major incident beside the number Field please view the attachment for move clearance.

Any suggestion will be really helpful.

what is not really helpful? what is missing? As a process consultant, I can understand that is requirement, but also need to understand some time we need to adjust req. as per platform as well.

Hi @Gayatri0506,

 

Follow the below community post where someone provides the step to do exactly that.

High level, create a UI macro which points to an icon/image and any functionality if someone clicks on it. Next is to then update the dictionary attribute of the field you wish it to display the icon/image (UI macro) next to. (As per your example, the number field).
