Hi all.
Are Response Templates (Responses) available from within Service Operations Workspace.
I can't seem to see it in the Contextual Side bar.
Templates are available, but not Response Templates (which can have dynamic content).
Response templates for updating Comments would be really useful due to the dynamic content options
Is this another feature that is in Classic Incident form but not in SOW.

It's not available for SOW as of now unfortunately.
It will work in the native view.

Been looking for something for weeks and finally saw that they're not in the contextual sidebar anymore on SOW (even if the clickable thing is still there.
if you click on "apply response template" you'll have a search box appear and you'll be able to find your template and paste it.
