Rport filter issue

Hi Everyone,

There is a dashboard in our client’s instance that includes a report titled "Open Incident". When clicking on this report, it navigates to the incident list view, which is filtered by:

Active = true and State is not Resolved or Closed

However, one user reported that they are seeing an additional filter applied when they click the report — a filter that is not visible to us. How do i troubleshoot this?

Hi @Akhila P ,

Please confirm that a new filter is being added or not by cross verifing as an Admin. And if the filter is not visible may be added by Query BR. Please look for any query BR.

The new filter is not added to the report. I can't see as Admin, and there is no query BR written for that.

Please share the screen shot of the user's view. Is user able to see the filter on the report?

or is it a hidden filter?
