Service Now Slack Intergration Default Incident Creation

Hey Team,

 

Looking into the Service Now App inside Slack and testing the Create an Incident feature. It creates a ticket successfully but I want to run a business rule on the ticket as it doesn't add any categories or assignment group.

 

I have searched a bit online and people are stating to use the Source or reference ID field but this don't exist on the Incident table.

 

Is there anyway to check if a ticket came in from Slack so it can auto add the information?
