ServiceNow Incident Management Machine Learning

Hello,

I'm implementing Machine Learning solution for Incident Management. Currently aiming Assignment Group (+1500) and our engine target is currently capturing 150k records.

 

The solution suggests following results; "[Version : 13] Solution Result : Coverage (80%) Precision (77%) Net Automation (61%)"

What does 80% Coverage and 77% Precision means?

 

Checking the Assignment Group data suggested, I see only 30% with suggestions.
