Show related Tickets Under CI's

Hi Everyone,
We have added a 'Related change ticket' tab under cmdb, When a change ticket is created and added a CI in the configuration item. The 'Related Change Ticket' tab should show that particular change ticket.
We have added the OOB relationship as shown below :
Now, we can able to see the list of changes which uses the particular CI as below :
The requirement is now to show the related tickets in affected CI's and Impacted services as below :
Please help me with a relationship or any OOB function show the related tickets in Impacted services as same as affected CI's.

As I understood, you are looking for same similar related list for Services , like you found it for CI. I am not sure is it available 100% or not , but we can track services based on changes which is OOTB available.

Un fortunately, we dint have that module in our instance. Could you please help me with the table name or any other approach to achieve this.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
We are using the Servicenow Standard version and we dont have permission to install any plugins.
Could you please help me with any alternative like creating a relationship.
If yes, please help me with table level and script is also appreciated.
